ICHWB 2023

In 1990, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) contributed to less than half of overall global health loss. But since 1990, the health loss has shifted toward a growing burden from NCDs and away from communicable, maternal, neonatal, and nutritional (CMNN) diseases.
Primary health care entails three inter-related and synergistic components, including: comprehensive integrated health services that embrace primary care as well as public health goods and functions as central pieces; multi-sectoral policies and actions to address the upstream and wider determinants of health; and engaging and empowering individuals, families, and communities for increased social participation and enhanced self-care and self-reliance in health.

Primary health care is rooted in a commitment to social justice, equity, solidarity and participation. It is based on the recognition that the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction.
For this reason, the ICHWB 2023 International Conference focuses on "Optimizing on Primary Health Care in Developing Countries: Communicable and Non-communicable Diseases Control with The Support of Health Technology".

International Conference on Health and Well-Being (ICHWB) 2023 invites all potential authors from universities, industries and business sectors to submit papers in the areas of medicine, dentistry, food, nutrition and health, public health, health services, nursing and physiotherapy.
This conference is part of a conference program called International Summit on Science Technology and Humanity (ISETH) 2023 Organized by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
